This machine is used to make the fire extinguisher cylinder automatically from raw material to final cylinder in a continous process.

4. Each work station:

a. Forming machine: It consists of a feeding set, six flat rollers, and seven vertical rollers. It is responsible for cold-finishing the strip into a suitable roll.

b. Welding machine: Preheat the drum step by step and weld it into the required steel pipe.

c. Cooling: Cool the welded steel pipe.

d. Sizing and straightening machine: four flat rollers and four vertical rollers are responsible for sizing, sizing and straightening the welded steel pipes.

e. Cutting: It consists of a double-station rotary cutter and can cut two pieces at a time. Responsible for online tracking and cutting of steel pipes into cylinders of fixed length
